Returns and Exchanges

  • The return or exchange request must be placed within 14 days of purchase via our email: ask@shopmeroe.com
  • Each item sent out is well-inspected by our team. However, if you receive an item with a defect, we will gladly exchange the item or refund the full amount you paid. 
  • Returns or exchange apply to unused, unworn items with their labels still intact. As packaging should be returned in the same condition it was received (cards, box, bag, etc.).

  • Returns that do not meet MEROË Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed. We will inform you with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.
  • Returns or exchange outside of Egypt are not applicable.


*Important Note:

In case returned items do not meet MEROË Return Policy, and the return request has been declined, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges to receive back the item.
